In our experience of running training courses and providing support for accountants, one of the problems we have to advise on most regularly concerns aligning figures in columns in Microsoft Word. This guide takes you through creating a table in Word and setting it up quickly and easily to produce well-presented columns of figures, including appropriate underlines. In addition it will show you how to ensure that, having set the table up once, it can then be made easily available to everyone for the future.
