This guide will show you how to create a form in Microsoft Word that will display a list of clients from a database. This could be a database created specifically for the purpose, or a link to an existing accounting or practice management system. When you select a client the address is inserted into your document in a format that you can define. In addition you can use the form to save the document automatically into a designated folder - for example by client name.
